(اے نبی ﷺ !) کہہ دیجیے ان لوگوں سے جو کفر کی روش اختیار کر رہے ہیں کہ تم سب کے سب (دُنیا میں) مغلوب ہو کر رہو گے اور (پھر آخرت میں) جہنم کی طرف گھیر کرلے جائے جاؤ گے اور وہ بہت برا ٹھکانہ ہے

sa-tughlabūna wa-tuḥsharūna
“Tell the disbelievers: you will be defeated and gathered into hellfire”
This in the second person as a quote of what is to be said to the unbelievers.
سَيُغْلَبُونَ وَيُحْشَرُوْنَ

“Tell the disbelievers that they will be defeated and gathered into hellfire”
This is in the third person, instructing the Prophet (ﷺ) to inform them of this fate.

These two readings convey the same meaning, although some scholars argue that the second reading refers to a separate group: the Jews are being told that their allies, the idolaters of Makkah, will soon face defeat [Makki].
