جو بھی ہم منسوخ کرتے ہیں کوئی آیت یا اسے بھلا دیتے ہیں تو ہم (اس کی جگہ پر) لے آتے ہیں اس سے بہتر یا (کم از کم) ویسی ہی کیا تم یہ نہیں جانتے کہ اللہ ہر شے پر قدرت رکھتا ہے ؟
