وكل انسان الزمناه طايره في عنقه ونخرج له يوم القيامة كتابا يلقاه منشورا ١٣
وَكُلَّ إِنسَـٰنٍ أَلْزَمْنَـٰهُ طَـٰٓئِرَهُۥ فِى عُنُقِهِۦ ۖ وَنُخْرِجُ لَهُۥ يَوْمَ ٱلْقِيَـٰمَةِ كِتَـٰبًۭا يَلْقَىٰهُ مَنشُورًا ١٣
وَكُلَّ
إِنسَٰنٍ
أَلۡزَمۡنَٰهُ
طَٰٓئِرَهُۥ
فِي
عُنُقِهِۦۖ
وَنُخۡرِجُ
لَهُۥ
يَوۡمَ
ٱلۡقِيَٰمَةِ
كِتَٰبٗا
يَلۡقَىٰهُ
مَنشُورًا
١٣
E casa homem lhe penduramos ao pescoço o seu destino e, no Dia da Ressurreição, apresentar-lhes-emos um livro, queencontrará aberto.

وَيُخْرَجُ
wa-yukhraju
"It will be brought out for him as a book"
This is a passive verb, referring back to the record of deeds (ṭāʾir) placed in the person's neck.
وَيَخْرُجُ

"It will emerge for him as a book"
This is like the previous reading, but in the active voice.
