En als Wij een (volk in een) stad willen vernietigen, bevelen Wij hen die daarin in weelde leven (Allah te gehoorzamen); zij begaan daarin zware zonden, zodat het woord (van de bestraffing) terecht is, vervolgens vernietigen Wij hen volledig.
