وابتلوا اليتامى حتى اذا بلغوا النكاح فان انستم منهم رشدا فادفعوا اليهم اموالهم ولا تاكلوها اسرافا وبدارا ان يكبروا ومن كان غنيا فليستعفف ومن كان فقيرا فلياكل بالمعروف فاذا دفعتم اليهم اموالهم فاشهدوا عليهم وكفى بالله حسيبا ٦
وَٱبْتَلُوا۟ ٱلْيَتَـٰمَىٰ حَتَّىٰٓ إِذَا بَلَغُوا۟ ٱلنِّكَاحَ فَإِنْ ءَانَسْتُم مِّنْهُمْ رُشْدًۭا فَٱدْفَعُوٓا۟ إِلَيْهِمْ أَمْوَٰلَهُمْ ۖ وَلَا تَأْكُلُوهَآ إِسْرَافًۭا وَبِدَارًا أَن يَكْبَرُوا۟ ۚ وَمَن كَانَ غَنِيًّۭا فَلْيَسْتَعْفِفْ ۖ وَمَن كَانَ فَقِيرًۭا فَلْيَأْكُلْ بِٱلْمَعْرُوفِ ۚ فَإِذَا دَفَعْتُمْ إِلَيْهِمْ أَمْوَٰلَهُمْ فَأَشْهِدُوا۟ عَلَيْهِمْ ۚ وَكَفَىٰ بِٱللَّهِ حَسِيبًۭا ٦

بَلَغُواْ

فَإِنۡ
ءَانَسۡتُم
مِّنۡهُمۡ
رُشۡدٗا
فَٱدۡفَعُوٓاْ
إِلَيۡهِمۡ
أَمۡوَٰلَهُمۡۖ
وَلَا
تَأۡكُلُوهَآ
إِسۡرَافٗا
وَبِدَارًا
أَن
يَكۡبَرُواْۚ
وَمَن
كَانَ
غَنِيّٗا
فَلۡيَسۡتَعۡفِفۡۖ
وَمَن
كَانَ
فَقِيرٗا
فَلۡيَأۡكُلۡ
بِٱلۡمَعۡرُوفِۚ
فَإِذَا
دَفَعۡتُمۡ
إِلَيۡهِمۡ
أَمۡوَٰلَهُمۡ
فَأَشۡهِدُواْ
عَلَيۡهِمۡۚ
وَكَفَىٰ
بِٱللَّهِ
حَسِيبٗا
٦
Et éprouvez (la capacité) des orphelins jusqu’à ce qu’ils atteignent (l’aptitude) au mariage; et si vous ressentez en eux une bonne conduite, remettez-leur leurs biens. Ne les utilisez pas (dans votre intérêt) avec gaspillage et dissipation, avant qu’ils ne grandissent. Quiconque est aisé, qu’il s’abstienne d’en prendre lui-même. S’il est pauvre, alors qu’il en utilise raisonnablement : Et lorsque vous leur remettez leurs biens, alors prenez des témoins à leur encontre. Et Allah suffit pour [amplement] compter. 1

Sahih al-Bukhari 2765

Narrated `Aisha:

The following Verse:-- "If a guardian is well-off, let him claim no remuneration (i.e. wages), but if he is poor, let him have for himself what is just and reasonable." (4.6) was revealed in connection with the guardian of an orphan, and it means that if he is poor he can have for himself (from the orphan's wealth) what is just and reasonable according to the orphan's share of the inheritance.

Sahih al-Bukhari 4575

Narrated Aisha:

regarding the Statement of Allah: "And whoever amongst the guardian is rich, he should take no wages, but if he is poor, let him have for himself what is just and reasonable (according to his work). This Verse was revealed regarding the orphan's property. If the guardian is poor, he can take from the property of the orphan, what is just and reasonable according to his work and the time he spends on managing it.

Sahih al-Bukhari 2212

Narrated Hisham bin `Urwa from his father:

who heard Aisha saying, "The Holy Verse; 'Whoever amongst the guardians is rich, he should take no wages (from the property of the orphans) but If he is poor, let him have for himself what is just and reasonable (according to his labors)' (4.6) was revealed concerning the guardian of the orphans who looks after them and manages favorably their financial affairs; If the guardian Is poor, he could have from It what Is just and reasonable, (according to his labors).

Sahih Muslim 3019a

Hisham reported on the authority of his father that 'A'isha said in connection with His (Allah's) words:" And whoever is poor let him take reasonably (out of it)" that it was revealed in connection with the custodian of the property of an orphan, who is in charge of her and looks after her; In case he is poor, he is allowed to eat out of that.

He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
