Combátanlos, pues Dios los castigará a través de sus manos, los humillará, concederá a ustedes el triunfo sobre ellos y curará así los pechos de los creyentes,

ثم أمر بقتالهم وذكر ما يترتب على قتالهم من الفوائد، وكل هذا حث وإنهاض للمؤمنين على قتالهم، فقال: {قَاتِلُوهُمْ يُعَذِّبْهُمُ اللَّهُ بِأَيْدِيكُمْ} بالقتل {وَيُخْزِهِمْ} إذا نصركم اللّه عليهم، وهم الأعداء الذين يطلب خزيهم ويحرص عليه، {وَيَنْصُرْكُمْ عَلَيْهِمْ} هذا وعد من اللّه وبشارة قد أنجزها. {وَيَشْفِ صُدُورَ قَوْمٍ مُؤْمِنِينَ } .
He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
