If ˹non-inheriting˺ relatives, orphans,1 or the needy are present at the time of distribution, offer them a ˹small˺ provision from it and speak to them kindly.

Watakapohudhuria, kikao chakugawanywa urithi, jamaa wa maiti wa karibu wasiokuwa na haki ya kurithi au waliofiwa na baba zao nao ni wadogo au wasiokuwa na mali, basi wapeni chochote katika mali hayo, kwa njia ya kuwapumbaza, kabla mali hayajagawanywa kwa wenyewe. Na waambieni neno zuri lisilokuwa chafu wala baya.
