Ask ˹the followers of˺ the messengers that We already sent before you if We ˹ever˺ appointed ˹other˺ gods to be worshipped besides the Most Compassionate.

Na uwaulize, ewe Mtume, wafuasi wa wale tuliowatumiliza kabla yako miongoni mwa Mitume wetu na wabebaji sheria zao, «Je walikuja Mitume wao na ujumbe wa kuabudiwa asiyekuwa Mwenyezi Mungu?” Wao watakupasha habari kuwa hilo halikutukia, kwani Mitume wote walilingania kile ulichowaitia watu cha kumuabudu Mwenyezi Mungu, Peke Yake Asiye na mshirika, na wakakataza kuabudiwa asiyekuwa Mwenyezi Mungu.
