Say, ˹O Prophet,˺ “O People of the Book! Why do you deny the revelations of Allah, when Allah is a Witness to what you do?”

Sema, ewe Mtume, kuwaambia waliepewa vitabu kati ya Mayahudi na Wanaswara, «Kwa nini mnazikanusha hoja za Mwenyezi Mungu zinazojulisha kwamba dini ya Mwenyezi Mungu ni Uislamu na mnayakanusha yaliyomo kwenye vitabu vyenu miongoni mwa dalili na hoja juu ya hilo hali ya kuwa nyinyi mnajua? Na Mwenyezi Mungu ni shahidi juu ya kitendo chenu mnachokifanya.» Katika haya, pana makemeo na ahadi ya adhabu kwao.
He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
