To Allah belongs whatever is in the heavens and the earth. Allah is truly the Self-Sufficient, Praiseworthy.

ثم قال : ( لله ما في السماوات والأرض ) أي : هو خلقه وملكه ، ( إن الله هو الغني الحميد ) أي : الغني عما سواه ، وكل شيء فقير إليه ، الحميد في جميع ما خلق ، له الحمد في السماوات والأرض على ما خلق وشرع ، وهو المحمود في الأمور كلها .
He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
