This is an instruction to the Prophet (ﷺ). *Pronounced with the following word as qur-rabbī.

These readings are complementary in meaning, as the Prophet (ﷺ) would immediately say whatever he was instructed [Ibn 'Ashur]. Note that both may be read from the same skeletal form, though some the Kufan Codex is said to have the alif restricting it to the first reading.
