اني انا ربك فاخلع نعليك انك بالواد المقدس طوى ١٢

إِنِّىٓ أَنَا۠ رَبُّكَ فَٱخْلَعْ نَعْلَيْكَ ۖ إِنَّكَ بِٱلْوَادِ ٱلْمُقَدَّسِ طُوًۭى ١٢

إِنِّيٓ

أَنَا۠

رَبُّكَ

فَٱخۡلَعۡ

نَعۡلَيۡكَ

إِنَّكَ

بِٱلۡوَادِ

ٱلۡمُقَدَّسِ

طُوٗى

١٢

It is truly I. I am your Lord! So take off your sandals, for you are in the sacred valley of Ṭuwa.

This particle begins a new sentence.

أَنِّي

annī

“(Know) that I am your Lord”

This particle joins this point to what was called out, with an implied ba' ; or what is implied is the instruction to know this.

Explanation:

These readings amount to the same meaning [al-Alusi]. NB: some of the readers realise this as inniya/anniya.

He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
