ولا تقربوا مال اليتيم الا بالتي هي احسن حتى يبلغ اشده واوفوا بالعهد ان العهد كان مسيولا ٣٤
وَلَا تَقْرَبُوا۟ مَالَ ٱلْيَتِيمِ إِلَّا بِٱلَّتِى هِىَ أَحْسَنُ حَتَّىٰ يَبْلُغَ أَشُدَّهُۥ ۚ وَأَوْفُوا۟ بِٱلْعَهْدِ ۖ إِنَّ ٱلْعَهْدَ كَانَ مَسْـُٔولًۭا ٣٤
وَلَا
تَقۡرَبُواْ
مَالَ
ٱلۡيَتِيمِ
إِلَّا
بِٱلَّتِي
هِيَ
أَحۡسَنُ
حَتَّىٰ
يَبۡلُغَ
أَشُدَّهُۥۚ
وَأَوۡفُواْ
بِٱلۡعَهۡدِۖ
إِنَّ
ٱلۡعَهۡدَ
كَانَ
مَسۡـُٔولٗا
٣٤
Do not come near the wealth of the orphan—unless intending to enhance it—until they attain maturity. Honour ˹your˺ pledges, for you will surely be accountable for them.

ولعل إيثار فعل: (لا تفقهون) دون أن يقول: "لا تعلمون" للإشارة إلى أن المنفي علم دقيق. ابن عاشور:15/115.
